The location was very close to shopping and lots of restaurants, all only a few minutes walk away. The buffet breakfast had a great selection to chose from and filling, kept us going until about 2pm every day. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool area was fantastic, very large, lots of lounge chairs and was always kept clean. The deluxe rooms are very large and comfortable. Nice bathrooms too. Even though this hotel is in the Gay area of Patong Beach, we never had a problem with anyone. You do have to walk down any one of the 3 lane ways but we never felt unsafe at anytime. We had 4 teenage children with us and they absolutely loved this hotel and Patong Beach.
Could maybe have more lounges and chairs for sitting in the foyer area, but no big deal overall.

Place was enchanting and incredibly beautiful, truly enjoyed the stay.
The room was new-fashioned, with smoke detectors and magnificent views of the Patong as well as Andaman sea.

Thank you for making our stay a fairly nice experience. Enchanting and stunningly beautiful hotel overall, it has accommodating staff and is centrally located near to night life, and the beach and shopping malls. The breakfast is above average and excellent for the Chinese and the location is magnificent.

Unbeatable and incredible location for our visit to Slippery within walking distance of the hotel. And just next door to restaurants, walkable to beach, and Jungceylon mall and Bangla road.
Very rude staff!

Easy access to patong beach and shopping areas
Rooms: we found the bedsheets worn out and some had holes in them. They state they have tea/coffee facility but provided only 2 teabags per day, if you requested more they want to charge you, not the standard expected for a 4 star hotel. If you are a family the area is very noisy and the loud noise can last until early hours of the morning. Normaly Slippers made available in the room is free of charge but during my check out I was charged 400 baht. Very ridiculeous. In the room phuket map is chargeable and same map is free everywhere in the city tourist information. Breakfast is not good doesnt merit for 4 star hotel
